Pictured Rocks, Again

Journey started around 6.30 am and first place that we stopped was at the ‘corner lake’ - I was even able to capture the passing clouds and moon with my camera. Next stop close to Marquette provided a great view of Sunrise. We stopped at several ‘regular’ places and took lot of pictures. Breakfast in the freezing winds on a lake Superior beach was memorable - it was a mechanical process with fingers not feeling the hold and mouth not feeling the chewing process! We reached Munising around 11 am and took lot more pictures. After narrowly missing an accident, we went to Miner’s Falls, Miner’s Castle and had lunch under the warm Sun in Miner’s Beach. After-lunch walk lead us to a small but beautiful water-fall at the other end. After spending lot more time taking pictures, we started our journey back and were in Houghton by 9 pm or so…
