Keeping in mind the principle of viewer-friendliness, I have added few more features/enhancements to my blog and here they go:

1. Pick A Theme: Quite many of you had/have been complaining that the current theme, Darkness, is pretty dark and devilish. So, this enhancement (applicable to the entire site and not just the blog) gives you an option to choose between two themes - Darkness or Liteness. As long as you use the same computer, same browser (could be different sessions) and have enabled cookies, you will get my website delivered to you in your preferred theme. Options can be found at the top-right corner of my site and if you are planning to do something similar to your own website, you can follow instructions - as I did - from Paul Sowden’s article.
2. Counting Comments (Commentators): This is my blog’s way of saying a small Thank You to all those who have been taking time to read and comment on my rants/blabberings. As of now, with the current design, it lists top five but I am equally thankful to those not displayed here. If you wish to do this to your own WordPress powered blog, you can use this nice and nifty plugin. Installation/customization, like most other plugins, is a cakewalk.
3. EMail Notification: It has become a (bad) practice of me to write emails to many in my decently long list of friends informing of new blog entries everytime I write it and honesly, I am tired of reminding them everytime. Hopefully, this last enhancement will bring some relief to me and to everyone else - especially for those who do not know how to use RSS feeds. Procedure is pretty simple and straightforward - a reader can subscribe to be notified via email and must confirm the subscription. Then, everytime this blog witnesses a new entry, all the subscribers will be notified. If you decide to subscribe and be notified, you can do so here. If you wish to have something similar for your WordPress powered blog, you can use this time saving, easily installable/customizable plugin.
