If you had told me before, that this Alumni ReUnion Basketball Game - between Black and Gold teams - would have some spectacular dunks, alley-oops, near 100% successful 3-pointer attempts, gritty performances, buzzer beaters and an overtime session, I probably would have not believed it. But being the athletes they are (some played for Michigan Tech even before India became independent!), they very well demonstrated pretty much every aspect of it. And in spite of (some of them at least) not having played in a while, they got into the groove and lit up the SDC Gym. So much so, that many including me, considered it a privilege to be watching them. Gold, trailing Black for all but the last minute of second half, got a buzzer beater from Matt Cameron and earned an over time victory :)
