Amazing shot! That bird is so fidgety and elusive! Really nice picture! One who has observed this bird will truly appreciate the skill required to shoot it, it probably stayed in that position for a few nanoseconds?
Btw, are you sure it is a female? I have seen female Cardinals, which are brown with red beaks. May be I am wrong.
