2011 USSA SuperTour

2011 USSA SuperTour
Last year, while shooting a similar event [1, 2, 3 & 4], I had my dream shot - a lone skier coming up the hill, with nothing but wilderness around, and may be, just may be, momma nature would be so kind as to send some snow flurries my way at the same time. it stayed in my dreams for nearly a year but during this USSA Michigan Tech SuperTour, the dream shot did become a reality - with a bonus, in that the lone skier is my very own Husky!

Quite many people helped me, with their thoughts and actions, to get to this secluded place and get this shot. Thank you - wouldn't have done it without you.

I love the sense of scale. The skier is totally dwarfed!
